No, SleepClean believes in only using natural, chemical free cleaning techniques that are safe for the whole family. We use a dry steam vapour cleaning system to deep clean, disinfect and sanitise your mattress as well as a sanitising spray finish. When it comes to stains, spills and urine we use an enzyme product for spot cleaning, urine etc. which is chemical free and safe for you, your children and pets.

We use a HEPA filter for all of our extractions which filters the allergens and dust from the air.

While we will do our best to remove or fade stains some stains are set and cannot be totally removed. We focus on cleaning and restoring your mattress a healthy condition so you can sleep peacefully.

Our full clean includes a full clean and sanitise of not only the full mattress but also the bed heads, frames and base. This is recommended for bed bugs and post covid or illness cleans.

Please allow around 2 hours for your mattress to completely dry. We recommend opening a window or putting a fan on.

Yes, these are especially recommended for customers who have had bed bugs, dust mites or have allergies. The mattress encasements protect the whole mattress so bed bugs and dust mites cannot get into the mattress to live. They are waterproof and also recommended to protect the mattress from bed wetting. We stock these from and Australian Company called Bed Bug Wholesale. Simply add on to your service or ask our technician about them at the end of the service call.

To maintain the health of your mattress we recommend that you clean and sanitise your mattress once a year however if you sleep with children, pets or have allergies such as eczema and asthma, we recommend every 6 months to ensure you are extracting allergens such as pollen, dust, dander, pet fur as well as cleaning any little accident. You can minimise this by using a mattress encasement.

Yes, we do. We believe pets are part of the family too and deserve a nice clean pet to snuggle in. We clean and sanitise. If bedding is washable, we recommend you read the washing directions and throw in the washing machine using a laundry sanitising liquid. Ask your technician about this or simply add as an add on to your service.
